Rochester Little Athletics belongs to the Northern Country Region (NCR) of Little Athletics Victoria.

It is one of seven Regions and has the largest number of centres with approximately 2700 registered members.

Northern Country Region run Region Relays, Region Track and Field and Region Cross Country events.

The centres included in NCR are Albury, Barooga, Benalla, Bendigo, Corowa, Echuca/Moama, Howlong, Kyabram, Kyneton, Lavington/Jindera, Mansfield, Murrindindi, Mt Beauty, Nathalia, Rochester, Seymour, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Wodonga, Yarrawonga/Mulwala
